Dana Goodale has been a fitness and healthcare professional for over 20 years, specializing in Pilates, Barre, Cycling, Yoga, and Bodybuilding. Her breadth and depth of knowledge allows her to create workouts to support a variety of student types. Dana loves working with people, all ages, and it different fitness levels to reach their goals or for general health.

Additionally, Dana has also been a part of competitive bodybuilding, developing knowledge on muscle building and nutrition. She’s places in the Top 5 in both of the recent shows she competed in.

Dana is a Stott Pilates instructor and graduated from Missouri State University with a BFA and Dance studies. Dana is certified to work with special populations, which would allow clients with MS, Parkinson's, and specific needs to help create workouts that are best for these clients.

Lee Petitjean

Lee Petitjean has always had a love of movement. She’s been a dancer and gymnast since the wee age of 3 years old and eventually both a competitive and school cheerleader. After a back injury at the age of 17 left her searching for a solutions she found pilates. Lee knew this was the solution for her pain and found her passion.

Lee’s main goal when working with clients is to ensure they always feel better when they leave, than when they arrived. She loves working with clients of all ages to help them achieve their fitness goals to achieve their true balance. Lee’s Stott certified, Bar-Amped, D.K. Body Balancing Method, Core Reform. Additionally, she’s certified to work with special populations.
